1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including taxes.
2. Your content
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to every item you upload, including third-party libraries, fonts, images and assets, and that items do not infringe intellectual property or violate our Content Policy.
3. Licence to AppStallio
You grant AppStallio a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, promote and distribute your items to buyers under the Buyer Licences (Regular / Extended).
4. Moderation
All new items and updates are reviewed before publication. We may reject, unpublish or remove any item, and suspend accounts, for policy violations, quality issues or legal complaints.
5. Commission and pricing
AppStallio charges a commission of 15% of the item sale price (excluding taxes and payment processing fees). For the first 3 months after your seller account is approved, the commission is 0%. You set your own prices; the Extended Licence price must be at least 5x the Regular price unless agreed otherwise.
6. Payouts
Earnings become available after the refund window (14 days). Payouts are made to your chosen payout method subject to minimum thresholds and verification. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds granted under the Refund Policy and chargebacks are deducted from your earnings.
8. Support and updates
You agree to provide reasonable support as described on your item page and keep items compatible with the stated platform versions.
9. Termination
You may close your store at any time. Buyers keep licences already purchased.
10. Liability
The marketplace is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AppStallio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
