Daymark is an offline countdown app. It tracks a handful of real dates, shows how many calendar days remain, and keeps a short note with each one.

What is inside

Kotlin, Gradle 8.7, Android Gradle Plugin 8.5.2, minSdk 21, targetSdk 34. Material 3, ViewBinding, ViewModels, and a JSON file in app storage. No ads and no internet permission.

How to recolor

Open app/src/main/res/values/colors.xml and values-night/colors.xml. Change md_theme_primary, md_theme_primaryContainer, and ic_launcher_background, then rebuild. The app name is app_name in res/values/strings.xml. The launcher glyph is res/drawable/ic_launcher_foreground.xml.
